Jungle Adventure Indoor Playground is an amazing place to have an awesome birthday party that will be unforgettable for everyone. All parties are 2 hours including 1 hour 15 minutes Play Session, and 45 minutes celebration time. Let us organize your child’s party so you can sit back and enjoy the day. We will provide the BEST SERVICE for you! Jungle Adventure is the fun and exciting place for kid’s parties and play!
Cancellation Policy:
Customer may cancel the party by notifying Jungle Adventure in writing at jungleadventurenyc@gmail.com. Notice of cancellation is effective on the date it is received by Jungle Adventure. $350 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases.

Customer may request to reschedule the party due to the following reasons ONLY:
The weather reason (heavy snowstorm): Customer may request to reschedule the party 4 days before the party due to heavy snowstorm. New date is based on availability. No rescheduling is allowed within 3 days before the party, after the balance is paid. If the customer needs to cancel the party 3 days before the party, the full balance will be non-refundable.
Sickness reason: Customer may request to reschedule the party if the birthday child is sick. This does not apply to the birthday child’s siblings. Customer may request to reschedule the party 3 or more days before the party, before the balance is due. If the birthday child is sick after the balance is paid (within 3 days before the party), the paid balance will be transferred to the new date. There will be a $100 fee due when rescheduling the party; it goes towards the food preparation/deposit to the restaurant. New date is based on availability. If you need to cancel the party 3 days before the party, the full balance will be non-refundable.

For all of the rescheduling, the package, theme, and food will be the same.
